The Bill (Reg.№3691) envisages the amendments to the current law according to which in particular, it should be determined in the new chapter 17 that the subject of proceedings in cases on defining the correspondence (non-correspondence) of the Bill on amendments to the Principle Law to the articles 157 and 158 of the Constitution of Ukraine and also demands to the resolution of the Constitutional Court concerning this category of cases.
During the discussion he Chairman of the Committee S. Mishchenko stressed that certain principles of the Bill are taken into the consideration in the Law "On Amendments to certain Laws of Ukraine concerning the authority of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, peculiarities of the proceeding in cases by constitutional appeals" adopted on 19 March 2009 that came into force from 13th May 2009.
The Members of the committee deems the Bill as such that lost its actuality.
